Chaser sheets uses one Google permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. With it, the tool can create spreadsheets and change or delete only the spreadsheets it created. It cannot read, list or change any other file in the Google account.
The spreadsheets hold a customer-service team's work lists: ticket numbers and links, short summaries of each request, and order numbers. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before anything is written. The tool keeps only each spreadsheet's id, so it can delete it later.
Each spreadsheet is deleted 30 days after it is made.
The spreadsheets are shared view-only with whoever holds their link, which is posted in the team's private workspace. No data is sold or given to anyone else, and none is used for advertising.
Chaser sheets' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
